Although it is not completely clear, sometime between about 10:30 and 11:00 I actually had a brief period of less-than-heart-attack-inducing stress. What I said in those moments I have no idea, I'm just hoping it was funny! For me the day was flying by. I went straight from setting up tables to working on the computer to making sure certain areas were left open for displays to wondering when the people were going to show up to making the rounds to tell people about the free soda and food (unsuccessfully I gather from the Q & A) to hoping no one else showed up to taking digital pictures of the entries to uploading the information to waiting for someone to vote to worrying if the winners left early to shutting down the voting to the giveaways and awards. What? I have to actually SPEAK in front of everyone? I didn't plan on that! But for the saving grace of selective memory I'd probably still be worrying about what came out of my mouth in front of everyone. I am fairly sure I didn't cuss, though. There IS, however, a reward for the tape from that one videocamera...
